2 Week, Satisfaction Guarantee Policy: If you have any questions or concerns about your new Multi-View glasses, simply call our toll free number 1-888-685-8484 and ask to speak to one of our Opticians. If necessary you can exchange your new Multi-Views for another style, color, or power with no restocking fee within 14 days of original purchase. They must be in their new resalable condition, just the way that you received them. Any shipping charges and or upgrades will be charged accordingly. Custom Multi-Views (made from your Doctor's prescription, or with any custom coatings or treatments) are eligible for a 50% off remake discount only.
2 Week, Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your new Multi-View glasses, simply call our toll free number 1-888-685-8484 within 14 days of original purchase for your return authorization number. Mail them back in their new resalable condition and receive a prompt refund less a $10.00 restocking fee. New resalable condition means, free of scratches, evidence of abuse, or any other damage. Custom Multi-Views (made from your Doctor's prescription or with any custom coatings or treatments) are eligible for a refund of 50% of original purchase only. Shipping charges are not refundable.
